Pathetic service by the hotel for a marriage event...
Pathetic service by the hotel for a marriage event we held in the hotel last week. Rooms, hotel, banquet hall everything was dirty. There was no lighting, AC wasn't working, rooms were smelling, no breakfast...and the list goes on.
Their excuse for this absymal experience received from leadership...
