One to World is a non-profit organization that aims to promote global cooperation and intercultural understanding by creating face-to-face experiences among local communities, international students, and Fulbright scholars. Founded in 1977 as the International Hospitality Council of New York (IHCNY), One to World has been providing cross-cultural exchange programs for over four decades. The organization's mission is to connect people from different backgrounds and cultures through educational programs, cultural events, community service projects, and homestay opportunities.

One of the core programs of One to World is the Global Classroom program. This program brings international students into local classrooms in New York City public schools to share their culture with American students. Through interactive presentations, discussions, and activities, the international students help American students learn about their country's history, traditions, language, food, music, art and more. This program not only enriches American students' knowledge about other cultures but also helps international students improve their English language skills while gaining confidence in public speaking.

Another flagship program of One to World is the Fulbright Enrichment Program (FEP). This program provides enrichment seminars for Fulbright scholars who are studying or conducting research in the United States. The seminars cover various topics such as leadership development; entrepreneurship; innovation; media literacy; environmental sustainability; social justice issues; arts & culture appreciation etc. These seminars not only enhance scholars' academic knowledge but also provide them with opportunities for networking with professionals from different fields.
