I have dealt with multiple recruiters from various companies in my search for a new job. This company had the most professional recruiter out of all of them. Besides the fact that they do not quit helping you if you don't get a job offer from a few of the interviews. That being said you need to try and have potential. I'm sure they would drop someone after the first interview fail if they don't see anything improving. I would recommend them to a friend looking for new opportunities.

I came to Omni One with only one thing in mind... Get a new job. I was very frustrated with my current employment. I felt under utilized, over worked, and I was at the end of the rope with what I was doing. Having my Mechanical Engineering degree and a few year's experience under my belt, I thought finding a new job on my own would be easy. I was very wrong. My experience wasn't lining up with what employers were looking for in the roles I was pursuing. After countless phone interviews, several promising interviews in person, and a year's worth of letters stating that I didn't get the job for "lack of applicable experience" and related reasons... I had to try something else. I got hooked up with Jacob Biedel at Omni One. From what I understand, he is still there. I came to Omni One after a simple Google search led me to their web page and I called immediately. When I first spoke with Jacob, we hammered out the details of what I was looking for in a career change. In three weeks Jacob had me a phone interview lined up and was able to coach me through an ideal interview process. I picked up a few finer details from Jacob and was able to secure an in person interview as a result of that phone interview. In step, I eventually landed the job. Not only was it a new job that I was after but I was desperately seeking a career change before I dug my career path deeper in the wrong direction. Jacob and Omni One helped me get to where I wanted to be and I now know what it is like to truly enjoy what you do for a living. I would not be where I am today without ever making that first call to Omni One. I trust that they are willing to do whatever it takes to help anyone make the right career move so long as you are willing to put forth the same effort.

I can truly say, I have never in my career dealt with an agent that showed true concern about me, as well as the company. It has been my experience, once you find your not a fit for the job presented, you never hear from the agent again.....This is not the case with Omni One. Brad told me he would continue to try to help me by reaching out to other companies he works with to see if they have any opportunities available: that is unheard of...He has already reached out to me, with another potential opportunity.......Thank you, Omni One!
