Their management is very poor. They don't want to hear employee's problem.Always blame the employee. It's pathetic.

Omlogic charged us a very hefty sum and did not deliver what they commiteed. Denied everything they had committed. Our fault was that we trusted their words. Advise everyone to take everyword on mail. . Also, they showed the courage of changing the credentials of my website without my permission and that is a cyber crime. So, according to me, they are cyber criminals.

I've been working here for over 6 years as a Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor. It has been a great pleasure working here. Got to learn so many new things and still am. It's an awesome place to work at because the environment is really fun and the whole team is very cooperative.

OMLogic is the coolest place i have worked ever. Friendly atmosphere and team of professionals who have always supported me whenever required.

Great place to work. Had worked for a year. The CEO is an amazing man. Salary should be a little bit more and decent for the experienced. Good place to start your career. They will initially not teach you anything or give formal training but you will get a hang of the work and learn. You will be pushed beyond your limits that may eventually be a good thing for you but yes sometimes you will be given tasks off the role.
If you join as social media executive you will further be pushed to work as client servicing executive which i feel personally are different domains.
There used to be a little politics in the office back in 2015, do not know about the current situation. The CEO Mr. Kapil will not differentiate between any of the employees as he treats all of them equal and gives equal chances of growth, the only person in the entire office to learn something would only be him. He will respect your choice and sense of urgency. Leaves used to be great back in 2015 and flexible timings made it the coolest place to work. You get unlimited coffee to keep you charged.
Overall it is a very good place to work with lots of perks and the work environment is very fun minus the politics (Do not know if there is currently any in 2019 but naturally there is always politics in an office environment be it any)

Great place to learn and execute your knowledge. Freshers will learn lot of technical skills over here.
