Flowers are very nice they got sent out the wrong day wanted on valentine's day made sure to tell the girl wife gets out earlier for early school dismissal was like ok ok when I called the store to ask why they went out early first lady very kind was like on my they did please hold a manager gets on the phone and said you got the early bird special said I wanted what was stated above she was like what ever well what ever back to chestersflowers she couldn't even say oh iam sorry was not asking for money or anything back but wow she needs to remember all customers make her paycheck regardless to how big they get won't ever go back or sent anyone
I love Olney's flowers and nursery. The staff is very professional and friendly. Anytime I have questions in regards to perennials and planting, they are more than willing to offer advice and pointers. I had them out to quote me on landscaping for my home, they were there within the week taking pictures and asking me my preferences. A week later they had my landscaping plan developed with an estimate. I head to Olney's for all my bouquet and landscaping needs!
Amazing turnaround time, flowers were delivered within 2 hours of my order being placed. One note though, they spelled her name wrong and it is probably one of ten most common names in America. Still amazing arrangement and turn around.

Disgusted and saddened at how they took advantage of a really sad time, charged me full price for 2 floral pieces that actually where not even half the size of the ones on their website. SHAME ON YOU!!!! The pieces were for my granddaughter, who was born a sleeping angel. You guys don't even deserve the 1 star.
So VERY DISAPPOINTED with the Christmas Arrangement I received from this place. It was poorly put together, and the flowers were wilted! My son sent me a photo of what I should have received and this was NO WHERE even close to what it looked like and paid for. It looked like a mini version and not even fresh. Times are challenging right now I understand that, but your substitution was cheezy looking, for what he paid. He said you refunded him 30% but it certainly wasn't even worth the other 70%. Sorry to say but we wont ever be ordering from you again, you have lost 2 customers!!!
Ordered flowers online for a friend's bday which in turn was sent to Olneys to complete and deliver. The flowers and arrangement were beyond gorgeous and truly expressed to our friend our love and best wishes on her special day!! Thank you so much for your effort and talent.
The flowers and meeting and working with Emily were great. I purchased a bridal bouquet for my wedding, and the flowers were great but they were not what I asked for. We met once, and had an over the phone last consultation about my bouquet before my wedding, and I am not sure if we were just not on the same page but they were not what I was looking for. They were beautiful white garden roses which is what I wanted, but I specifically asked for small pink roses so the white roses would stand out and I received both pink and white garden roses. I also wanted more eucalyptus than anything and received NO eucalyptus in there. I wanted queens anne lace, along with baby's breath and received practically nothing. I paid 200 dollars for a bouquet that wasn't what I wanted. I received many compliments on my bouquet and like I said, it was beautiful but when you plan a wedding down to the last detail and pay that much for your bouquet you should get what was discussed. I went to olneys because I heard such great things about it, and felt comfortable with what we had discussed. Disappointed was the outcome.
We are so glad we chose Olney's to do our wedding flowers! The bouquets were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The staff at Olney's was super helpful throughout the planning process. We changed a few things not long before the wedding and they helped us decide what would be best by giving great suggestions. The week of the wedding we even looked at the flowers and worked with Emily, Lauren, Sam, and Will to plan the best flowers to use. Their help was incredibly helpful during a stressful week. They created flowers for our arch, aisle decorations, ceremony decorations, bouquets, bouts, corsages, centerpieces, cake flowers, and more. We wanted a unique centerpiece with succulent planters and Adelia pulled it off! So many people were telling us how beautiful they were and they wanted to take centerpieces home. When I walked into the reception, I was blown away by how many flowers there were and how beautiful they looked. Olney's helped us to transport flowers from the ceremony to the reception in a timely manner and made it look effortless. Everyone told us they had never seen more beautiful flowers. Thank you Olney's! Will definitely use again in the future!
Lovely place. Has just the right amount of "out of the ordanry" items and products from local artisans so, you can find a gift for anyone! And don't forget the flowers. This beautiul bouquet was put together from stems I picked out from the cooler. Greenery, plastic wrap and a bow (color of my choosing) were added at no cost. They are very artistic there. In addition to all of this, they also have an indoor greenhouse, outdoor garden center and provide landscaping services.
What a disappointment! My mother said that flowers in the Mother's Day arrangement she received were already wilting the day they arrived! The flowers looked as if they were just stuffed into the three compartments of foam within the basket in which they were placed. Petals were already falling off only one day later! For the money spent on tis order, this is truly unacceptable. How can a florist let a product like this leave the store?
Put together an absolutely fantastic arrangement for a dearly departed family member. I've had experiences before when ordering flowers from afar that what you get looks nothing like what you ordered. There's was spot on if not better than what I expected. Highly recommend.
Amazing flowers, even better customer service. I ordered online (2:00AM, I'm a night owl), an automatic receipt came in email soon after, and I noticed that I had made a mistake in the order. I emailed back to them, and they replied first thing in the morning, not only correcting the mistake that I asked them to correct, but they pointed out another mistake, and corrected that too. Customer service is above and beyond. Thank you Olney's :)
Very pleased with my experience ! I've ordered flowers several times and never had a bad experience. Today is valentines day and I procrastinated as usual. The helpful staff at Olney's helped this dad be a hero by taking a delivery order for my daughter at school with barely 3 hours of the school day left and made sure my daughter got her flowers. I want to send a great big" thank you sooo much" to the staff at Olney's. You really made my day as well as my daughter's.

I ordered a flower basket for my mom for mother s day and the girl that helped me was super nice and helpful. I went to pick up the flowers today and was greeted with a rather odd and shy worker. I received the flowers which are beautiful and a big bunch for the price I paid but was sad to see there were no orange with red roses or yellow and orange flowers like the picture showed. I previously told them I understand they can t make it look just like the picture but as long as there s purple and orange and red roses I ll be happy. As it was wrapped I didn t discover this til I got home and unwrapped it. Not to mention I filled out a little card to be included with the flowers and didn t receive that either. Good quality and amount of flowers for the price but not sure if I want to go back again.
This is a florist who knows the meaning of customer service. I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend at a nursing home in Rome. I had only known my friend by one name. When the florist tried to deliver the flowers they were told that there was no one there by that name. I called the nursing home and asked them to give the flowers to someone that doesn't get visitors and they did. In the meantime my friend heard the staff talking about flowers that came for a Vicki. She told them that she was Vickie, but that was her middle name and most people call her Vicki. The facility called this florist to tell them what happened. That would have been the end of the story at most florists, but not this one! They made up other basket and had it delivered to my friend. WOW, who does that these days. I don't live in the area, but if I did this would my florist. They went above and beyond in customer service.
