Excellent food menu, it was Lunch menu, with many delicious options, and excellent service.

The waitress was very friendly and gave us all the attention to us very nice

Loved it , wife had the new four cheese shells and loved them. I had the angel hair spaghetti with meat sauce which is always good

Staff inexperienced, better training needed. Walked out, restaurant had maybe six tables with patrons, waited 20 minutes to be seated. Asked for another table, hostess replied, nothing else available . Other customers in the front also complained about why it was such a long wait. This is the second time my party have walked out of this restaurant, on the last occasion the wait staff ignored us completely, we sat for 15 minutes and nothing. Don t waste your time here they are much better restaurants in the area.

It was hard for me not to give 5 star's because most of the employees are great but you know what they say one bad apple ruins the bunch. Jennifer is a great manager who keeps things running smoothly. The male manager is good as well. Although for my own personal reasons I have stopped going to this location I still do recommend this location.

Went to the new location at Fashion Square Mall tonight. Beautiful looking restaurant but with the vaulted ceilings it was just too loud. I felt like I was at a sports bar not an Italian restaurant. The old location was a much more family oriented and will be missed!!

Brand spanking new restaurant. Tasty food & excellent service. Plenty of parking space.

It's predictable. Considering it's a large chain the food quality is consistent. I feel that some of the things are overpriced for what you get. At the end of the day I still like it and me and friends end up agreeing to go there. They do have a nice cappuccino machine and the ricotta cheesecake and tiramisu are both delicious!

Everyone working here is unusually happy and kind and they have excellent customer service. Unlike other restaurants and fast food restaurants in general the people that work here are not drones that simply do the bare minimum. They go above and beyond to make your experience awesome, and this is the best Olive Garden restaurant I have been to in Florida.

Me and my boyfriend come here at least once a month, and every time it's always amazing. The servers are always wonderful, and the food is amazing. Today we sat in the bar area and had an amazing server, Sean. I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a server. He was very animated and considerate. We absolutely loved him. I would also recommend their new cookie batter cake. It is to die for.

My waitress was very nice and friendly. My only complaints were that the staff in the kitchen were so loud you could easily hear them from the tables. My companions dinner was very dry but the manager took care of it quick. Out waitress returned and apologized for the food. Overall a good experience.

We had the pleasure of being served by Mario tonight. It's been years since I have been to an Olive Garden, but after experiencing his service, it won't be long until we come back. I got a curbside pickup order and the food was all packed perfectly and had all the extras like cheese packets and mint chocolates! I love the big salad portions. It felt like I had the Olive Garden experience at home!

It's Olive Garden. Like McDonald's, the food is very consistent. I rate places like this almost exclusively on service and time for the food to come out. This one is very good at those two variables.

It was the new restaurant. High caliber customer service, from the entrance to the table. Food was delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves. Kudos to All the team members and management.

I very rarely leave rewiews but I had to do this for the sake of the most amazing service ever. My sisters and I are September babies, we were celebrating our birthday's at Olive Garden.
Our server was CARMELLA. She provide excellent customer service. The food was great, place is clean and I cannot say enough about our server. Very please and we'll continue to come here on special occasion.

One of my most favorite Italian restaurant. Dinner is always great and the new giant stuffed manicotti are the best.

The advertised $12.99 meals there is only one all others are$17-$18.

Had a wonderful meal with the family. Everything was great! From the service to the food! A1! Dominique was Amazing! She made sure everything was taken care of, that we were good, that everyone felt comfortable and welcome!

So, I don't know if the management at this location recently changed or what but everything has changed. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the foyer did not smell of cheese (starting with a positive!) however, not much was going on but we were informed tables were not ready. It seemed like there was a shift change taking place and the employees who are there to "welcome" you were extremely disinterested, there were conversations about nails going on, and a lot of walking back and forth with what looked like Starbucks drinks. Anyways, too bad because this is one of our favorite locations specially due to the welcoming environment but apparently that's over..and, yes we went elsewhere.

Great time! Bartender was great guy, funny and very friendly. Food was good and my drink was better!

It's good but some how every time I visit this location something is off, a new server that isn't getting help from a senior server, shift change, no bread person in the kitchen (kind of a big deal when the sauce you bought to go with the bread sticks gets cold while you are waiting for bread sticks), long wait for food... Always something!

Delicious. If they arrive at lunchtime during the week they have a special menu at a more comfortable price, including unlimited salad or soup.

This is the ONLY Olive garden I'll go to. The service and food is ALWAYS on point.

At 1:30 in the afternoon it was very crowded..service was very very slow...took over 15 minutes just to get to our table...he took our entire order at once....he was servicing about 8 tables...drinks never arrived...soups arrived with no drinks or bread...when drinks arrived my wine order was missing..was told the basic red wine was being discontinued and I saw them climbing a latter to get a bottle off a shelf? That was my wine that eventually came during the main meal which was rushed as they took our soup plates away...they apologized for the problems and offered us one free dessert for 3 people...was not a great experience for a get together lunch with friends...

Service was very good the waiters were great as were the waitresses The food was very good very fresh great atmosphere...

Great atmosphere! Our group agreed Rory was the best Olive Garden server we ve ever had! We were in a rush, he was attentive and quick, but also personable. Needs were anticipated before we even realized. No cups, soups, or salads went infilled at any time!! Thank you!

I ordered a filet with fettuccine Alfredo and my wife ordered a lasagna .. It was delicious ... Two glasses of white wine and the excellent chescake with strawberries in syrup .. Excellent attention from the waitress girl ...

I called b/c of the TV comm.. says buy 1 dinner 12.99 and take1 home. So it does not say U only get 2 dinners to choose from and both are with no meat at all !! For 13.00 plus tax U would think U could get something thats good with some meat.! So U have to speed more to get something with some meat?! Not a good deal to me at all!. 13.00 for spaggette with no meat balls or 5 cheese ziti and thats it. No wonder they were just in the news and wall street says they need to stop giving away unlimited bread sticks and cut back to 2 only to make a profit??!!

We NEVER got seated!!!! They forgot about us!!! We enjoyed the bar had us one drink. We kept asking them how much longer and they would say 10 min. After a hr and a half. The bar attendant Jennifer or Vanessa can t remember her name who was great got upset and asked them what was taking so long! Then they decided to take everyone coming in before us so we left and will not recommend this place or return

Excellent place to go to eat with family, they serve you soup or appetizer salad with the purchase of some of the main courses or in the same way they give you some delicious breads that with a charge give you Alfredo sauce to complete your perfection, in the area of the drinks there are good drinks, sangria or if you prefer without alcohol they have good lemonade very fresh and delicious, for the area of strong dishes they have different pastas to your liking or simply go to the area of food of the sea where there is a salmon that you are left wanting of more although you are full with bread and soup. Definitely a place to which I will return to try other dishes.

First time at the newly built facility and it's awesome . The food was awesome I had the carbanara chicken and shrimp with a really tasty Moscato that had a honey after taste and out server Brook was awesome?

Our waitress Taylor was absolutely phenomenal!!! She did a wonderful job. The food was great and they made us feel safe. They wore masks and were social distancing.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience here. The new changes to the design of the place were pleasant, very comfortable chairs, they offered samples of wine. Our waiter, Cullen, was super friendly, offered great service and was personable. The food and wine were delicious. Will definitely be going back.

Food and server at table great. But long lines waiting for tables and there were several tables available. If they were short of help, they should hire more, especially for a Saturday evening.
