Extremely poor service. Some good staff but most are rude - when you request them for anything - they behave as if they are doing you a favor. The on duty manager is never available when requested. One sales person named Yves pretends as duty manager and acts extremely rudely. The rooms are okay, but poor maintained - the housekeeping doesn't vacuum the carpet unless asked. The Internet in rooms is 50-90 KBPS (yes, KBPS). Billing errors - when your restaurant bills, laundry bills etc are wrongly mentioned at time of checkout - if you are rushing, you will sign and pay and leave. Have stayed across the world in different (dozens) hotels for over a decade - this one has the record of the worst ever experience!

Excellent holiday destination - close to the beach - hotel restaurant offer great food.

Everything from Checking in at Reception till Checking out was tidy and cozy. Room was spacious to fit a couple coupled with pleasant working space with decorated furnitures and marbles felt luxury to the worth of its demanding price.
However I suggest them to have more food options as at this time of review, it is limited with 4 to 5 dishes.

Clean and spacious rooms. The buffet used to be great but now is just good. One cam blame Covid 19 for reduced number of guests and dishes.

Reception is average when it comes to welcoming guests but never rude. You have a general feeling of space that is welcome after a busy business day.

Cross the large yard and parking lot and to exit the premises and you can admire the sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean just across a busy road.
