Really tried to work it out with the woman Rachel who owns the company , but she is so rude and really needs some training in customer service, you expect when your about to spend thousands on an order that the customer service would be good, well actually any amount should be good manners. But so rude. I do not recommend ! Been having problems every time I order now. Even when I didn't get an order, I was told that it could have been stolen. When in fact they left the postcode of my address! No compensation for this, or apology from the owner. My recent conversation made me feel terrible. I have found another supplier, who is kind polite and appreciates my custom during this difficult time in the world.
