I’ve been running this crossover for a long time now, and it has held up incredibly well. I actually wanted to update my previous review because it didn’t do justice to the quality of the part. The fitment was spot on, and the exhaust was straightforward to install. Although a crack eventually developed—likely due to inadequate support or the flex section being mounted too close to the flange—welding it back together fixed the issue. It has since withstood some serious abuse, possibly more than any other part on my vehicle. To pass the REF inspection, I had to get creative, rigging the new crossover to mimic the original setup from the rear O2 sensor on my '96 4Runner. Once that was sorted, I reinstalled the Off Road Solutions part with the correct sensors and cat, and it hasn’t caused any issues at the smog check since. I guess it’s on the customer to know California’s engine swap rules when buying from Montrose-based Off Road Solutions!

Great flex boots from Off Road Solutions in Montrose! The first pair I ordered was spot on, complete with high-quality OEM clamps that sealed perfectly. The second kit had some cheaper aftermarket clamps that couldn't hold the seal tight, which let a bit of grease escape. Fortunately, I had OEM clamps on hand to swap them out, so I assume they just ran out of the premium hardware. Despite that minor hiccup, these boots completely solved the issue of my CV boots rubbing and tearing. Highly recommended for any 4x4 owner, just keep a set of OEM clamps handy in case the kit comes with the lower-grade ones.

Dropped my transmission just to get to the crossover on my driver’s side manifold, only to find it had completely cracked all the way around. Huge leak, big hassle. To make matters worse, the part isn’t CARB legal. On top of that, the rep at Off Road Solutions in Montrose was absolutely relentless, giving me a hard time the second he spotted the crossover. Not a great experience.
