The worst customer service of any institution I have ever dealt with. If any of my employees ever approached my customers with the same level of indignation, they would immediately be fired.

I have an account opened through roadrunner financial, owned by octane lending. The managers are extremely rude, manager calls are NOT recorded, management fails to identify themselves, and also fail to provide corporate information. After the managers failed to assist me in a solution, I attempted to make a formal complaint/report against the manager named Kim due to her behavior. And was told I was not going to get in contact with her managers and was hung up on. I currently have an active loan with them. The manager Kim seemed proud to let me know that the manager calls were not recorded when I threatened that this call needed to be reviewed by higher up/her boss. Never was put in contact. It seems that the managers here have a say in how the company is actually ran and they have NO type accountability in how they treat costumers. I will be looking for another finance company to switch over to, and I would recommend everyone to NEVER go into business with this company.
