Ocean Breeze Property Services really went above and beyond. They did a great job on our roof last fall, and we were very happy with the initial installation. When a few shingles were lost during the recent bomb cyclone, we weren’t sure if it was covered, but Ocean Breeze stepped up. They explained that the heat hadn’t fully set the shingles yet, so the loss was understandable, not a defect in their work. Still, they sent someone out immediately to fix it at no extra cost. It was a nice touch to see them honor the quality of their work like that. Highly recommended for their responsiveness and integrity in the US market.
