Occidental hotel

I was disappointed with my stay at Occidental hotel. The room was not clean and there was a strange odor. The staff was not helpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

During my recent visit to this hotel, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The room was well-maintained and comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. I would consider staying here again in the future.
