Poor service, hidden costs, mistakes with dog!! Wouldn t recommend!!

We made our FIRST ever visit to this Vets in very sad circumstances and, after 16 years to have to say 'goodbye' to a dearly loved Yorkshire Terrier was almost overwhelming.

The vet, who's name me cannot remember with all that was happening was exceptionally kind, empathetic and so helpful - so much so that we are tempted to say 'best vet we have ever seen'. We cannot praise her highly enough and now, following the grieving process are happy to commend this vet's practice to other animal lovers.

We can assure you that we have just moved from a large Norfolk Port town where their lady vet is NOT nice at all so Harleston and Oakwood - THANK YOU for being so human during such a difficult Saturday morning for us.

We have had several occasions to visit Oakwood over the past couple of years. In my opinion they have given us the best advice, and the best after care that I have ever experienced. From the administrative staff to the veterinary surgeons, I thoroughly thank them for all their care, time and hard work. Many thanks to you all. CHolland.

I'm not really one for doing reviews, but i have to say since i have started using them a i couldn't recommend them highly enough, Hannah has delt with my potbelly pig and she is amazing, knows her stuff well and a seams to have genuine passion for the animal,much much better service received than i have ever had from the other vet we were using, just wish id found them sooner

I really cant recommend Oakwood vets enough. The care our Labrador Cindy received was second to none, and when the time came to say goodbye we were treated in the most compassionate and professional way possible. If I could have given more stars I would, I just can't fault them at all.

Sadly had to rush my dog after hours, and she had to be put to sleep, i didnt catch the vets name as was a bit of a blur.....however, the experience was made as pleasant as possible - the vet was extremely kind, and explained everything she had to do. Cannot recommended Oakwood, Harleston enough.

Friendly staff, only had to get my cat vaccinated but I thought the price was pretty competitive.
