As a customer, I recently had an average experience with the company's website. While browsing through "obytamara.com", I found that the website layout was visually appealing and easy to navigate. The product selection was decent, but I felt that there could have been more variety in terms of options available.
The checkout process was relatively smooth, and I received my order within the estimated timeframe. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the packaging as it seemed lacking in terms of protection for the product.
Moreover, I encountered a minor issue with the customer service. When I reached out for assistance, the response time was satisfactory, but the provided solution did not completely resolve my query.
Overall, my experience with "O by tamara" was average. While the website and user experience were satisfactory, there is definitely room for improvement in product variety, packaging, and customer service.
