She didn’t seem entirely sure of the material, and her frequent mistakes slowed our pace considerably, often requiring us to correct her on the spot. This disjointed flow meant we ran out of time and never got to the final project exercise, which was a real letdown since I was really looking forward to it.

NYIM Training in New York delivered an impressive session led by an instructor with deep expertise. The curriculum was incredibly comprehensive, covering essential Excel functions like min, max, sum, offset, count, and absolute value. We also got hands-on with conditional formatting, importing web data, and text-to-columns features. It went beyond basics to include find, iferror, consolidate, left, right, concatenate, and mid functions, as well as replacing text and matching dates with index and indirect. Plus, we touched on pmt, arrays, and got a solid overview of macros. A fantastic trade school experience for anyone wanting to master data tools.

Since we were in a small group of just two students, we got plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get personalized help.
