NW Works is a great organization that gives adults with disabilities a wonderful opportunity to receive services and case management. At the same time finding them valued, sustained employment in several different fields, including janitorial, manufacturing, production and food service jobs.

NW Works is such an amazing organization, what they do to help the community is inspiring. They truly care about the people and the jobs they are doing. I would recommend anyone to work with them. They are very community and people driven and focused.

Job training, job placement, job coaching..... better job agency than the traditional job agencies where everyone is treated as a human being and not a "number"
