I was recommended to contact the sales team at Nusil and was further told that Nusil was an extremely professional company to work with. I have a medical prosthetic that requires a medical grade silicone. The communication was exceptional at the onset. Unfortunately, I failed to receive emails from my contact after about the fourth email exchange. I followed up with email reminders for my sample request and phone messages. I received no further responses. My emails are not bouncing back and the phone system still has my contact person in the system. I have since moved on and found a professional company to work with.
