absolutely terrible customer service. they shipped me someone else's order and took more than a month to resolve. support takes forever to respond if at all. awful shopping experience.

Hello I have a few orders I am still waiting on shipping tracking numbers one of them is from December 6, 2020 and I still haven t got anything I have been writing to see what s going on and nothing still no answers I have about 6 to 7 orders still pending or processing

NTWRK customer service is exceptional!
Not only did the NTWRK release amazing and exclusive products, but when my order was messed up the support team resolved every problem that occurred. After I mistakenly purchased the wrong shirt the refunded the purchase and replaced it with the one I meant to buy. This was surprising considering the amount of customers they have to work with and how willingly they are to help. I completely recommend the app because the products are amazing and so is the support team.

Scams users and does not protect their financial information.

Worst company ever. No customer service what so ever. They barely reply and never do as promised. Will never order again. Ordered something over a month and a half ago and still haven t received a tracking number and get no responses from them when contacting. Almost feels like a scam.

Cancels order even after getting confirmation after many days, they responded and tried to make it up

Horrible service and just a joke of a company. They seem to be lacking their supply. Orders get canceled, good luck getting a refund. Shipping is terrible. They do not follow their own 2 week shipment policy. Good luck even getting anything from them. Stefanie from support is real helpful at not helping.
