I had a hard time giving this company even one star. They installed our septic system 20 years ago in Graham. Soon after installation our lower floor flooded (newly installed oak flooring). They forgot to backfill under the pipe coming from the house and it collapsed causing the flooding. After repairing the pipe, they would take no responsibility for our damaged floor. Now, 20 years later, we again had flooding. We have found It was not completely back filled to support the drain line and the pipe failed again.
If you want poor work, constant delays, mistakes and excuses definitely call these guys. Read the other bad google reviews and you will see a pattern. They cost me a lot of time of money.
DO NOT USE NORTHWEST CASCADE FOR A SEPTIC SYSTEM INSTALL! This company installed a shoddy septic system in at my parent s home on the Key Peninsula in 2006. During the first heavy rains later that year, the high-water alarm kept going off because ground water was leaking into tanks. Come to find out that the 3-foot tank risers this company installed were made up of small riser sections glued together instead of the normal practice of using solid risers that are cut to fit. My parents ended up having another (more reputable) septic company try to fix the problem and although the other company completely resealed the risers (several times), the high water alarms continued every year since 2006 during periods of heavy rain. After pumping the tanks last January, I could hear water leaking into the tank closest to the house that was NOT coming from where the riser attaches to the tank. Last week I had the other (more reputable) septic company dig up the area between the house and the first tank. What they found was that the cleanout pipe connection was never glued by Northwest Cascade when they installed the system. This means that when the water table rose during heavy rains, groundwater was constantly leaking into the septic system via this unglued pipe connection. The main reason my parents chose Northwest Cascade to install their septic system was because their bid was much lower that anyone else. Only two years later did they find out that the reason for this was because Northwest Cascade did not charge them any sales tax (their invoice states that this job was tax-exempt even though it actually wasn t). After they got caught by the Washington State Department of Revenue (via an audit), Northwest Cascade tried to get my parents to pay for this mistake by blaming it on a computer error . Shoddy work, along with unethical and fraudulent business practices seems to be how this company operates (in my opinion). If Google would let me, I would give this company a rating of -10. Since they won t, a 1 rating is all Northwest Cascade gets from me.
I needed a septic installed quick for my new house and they came through for me. Septic is working great so far. They worked with my septic designer and passed the inspection. They even handled a few extra easy plumbing things while they were out free of charge. Sent me a bill for the exact amount they quoted me which isn't always the case with many contractors. I highly recommend this company.
Nice guys and the work is acceptable but not very good at finishing the job or keeping promises. They tore up my front yard to install septic tanks 45 days ago and the job still isn't finished. Well, it was 99% complete 3 weeks ago. There is still a tank cover that is several inches above grade and not at all level presenting a trip and fall hazard, not to mention how dumb it looks. I have been told on SEVERAL occasions that it would be handled today, tomorrow, or next week. Other than this issue this would be a better review as they are nice people and the work seems to be good.
Terrible !!!! Ordered a honeybucket they never came to clean it even though we paid for it to be done 4 times! They came once. They won t even pick up there honey bucket!
Do NOT use this company. They are a rip off. They send you an inaccurate invoice, then their "billing manager" and I use that loosely, hits you with a finance charge because they can't figure it out. The are scam artist and vert good at scamming people. I picked up trash, cigarettes butts and they are coming to our home without telling us. PLEASE go with someone else.
Late to the job and then ended up jacking up the rates. I was coded one flat rate and then all of a sudden it was well over $1000 I would not let him pump my septic tank ask him to leave and went with another company.
