Excellent experience with Eddie & Hector! Looked for a used car for weeks and every dealer we went to tried to slam us with thousands in fees but Northside Lexus was a breath of fresh air! Got a great deal, no crazy dealer fees, and great customer service. These
guys are honest and actually care about the customer!

This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! I'm no stranger to the Lexus experience, but Northside Lexus is by far the best Lexus dealership in the Houston area. Everyone e involved from the chat service, to the salesman (Eric) that emailed my husband at 5 AM the next morning, to the finance department (Erica) was seemless!! I'm a loyal Lexus brand owner but now I'm a Northside Lexus loyal customer!!!!

I had the best car buying experience at Northside Lexus! I drove from Louisiana to purchase a RX 350 F sport from Ashley N. She was easy to communicate with via phone and email, straightforward and a joy to work with! She set me up with a technology appointment with David right after I purchased the vehicle to walk me through all the new features and he did an excellent job! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, and Ashley and David. Literally the best experience and worth the drive! I will be back for my next vehicle.

I love Northside Lexus! I went to another dealership and they could not hold a candle to the staff at Northside Lexus. The staff was great. Super helpful and not pushy at all. Very helpful and efficient. The salesperson was honest and easy to work with. The actual purchase took hardly any time at all. I was prepared to spend an hour just picking up my new Lexus 450H, but I was just in and out. Loved it! I would definitely make the drive to Northside Lexus again for a new car.

We love our "new to us" Lexus RX350 from Northside Lexus. We looked at several other closer dealers, but chose to return to Northside, which is an hour from our home. From the moment we met Luis Ortega, he was attentive, thorough, and trustworthy. He continued to follow up with us asking if we had any questions. He walked us through the entire process! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences ever. Don Ansley was fantastic to work with. He is super knowledgeable, patient, and really cares that his customers get into the right vehicle. After picking a car, it was ready at the promised time and getting through the finance office to do paperwork only took 5 minutes...not the hours of waiting and high-pressured sales in many dealers F&I offices. I would highly recommend Northside Lexus. This is my 2nd Lexus from them and will certainly not be my last.

After my first service I feel like I can leave a review. I first bought my Es350 a couple months ago. My sales person was Jason Yeomans. He was very patient with me not only did he have to deal with me once, but twice. The first time he gave me an offer that was hard to resist. The only reason I walked was because I didn t like the color of that particular es350. Jason didn t pressure me into a sale. That s why I came back a second time when I saw an es350 I liked in color. Now to the service part. I arrived for my scheduled maintenance service and they informed me it would be about 1:30hr wait. They took exactly that time. Which was very convenient since I had a busy morning that day. I was in and out and was happy with the service. Everyone I saw was very friendly and helpful.

Micheal Featherstone was amazing ! Best feature was his straightforward honest approach to my questions and needs! I asked for him to give it to me straight and he did just that! After purchase he patiently helped us set my new Lexus to my preferences! He was everything a good salesman should be! Strongly recommend not only Northside Lexus but Micheal as well! It was a wonderful experience purchasing my new ES350 from Ashley Nguyen and completing our financing with Caleb Vario. Both provided the highest customer service I've ever experienced at a car dealership. This made the entire buying process delightful and a pleasure rather than being a chore as most dealers like to make it. I will certainly return to Northside Lexus for future purchases because of my experience. Their service policy also goes beyond the Lexus basics and will save quite a bit of money in my service and maintenance needs.
