Great windows! But don't expect to get your windows for at least 3-4 months!! Especially if you're a little guy, small company, you won't get your order for at least 4 months!!

They need contractor license to sell you windows and doors.
Wake up.

Idk but customer service can be better when you first enter. Not after the fact ....smh. they also only deal with contractors here not actual customers who would like windows. You will be referred elsewhere.

Buyer Beware!
Do not buy windows from this company.
Nine of our twenty windows are failing. NINE!! Almost half of our windows are filled with mold.
Our windows were installed in 2013.
We ve called multiple times.
We ve talked to management.
Nobody cares.
They offer to email us some information so we can order new windows at full price.

We reached out to a local window repair company and we re told this company has been taken over by new ownership and it s unfortunate but they have since gone down hill. And he nicely told us our Trustgard windows are shit .
