Longest wait time I ve ever experienced in a doctors office. 2 hours wait for a 10 minutes appointment is awful

She has been my Doctor for years. Great at her job and always goes through my bloodwork to ensure everything is ok.

I would not give 1 single star. Office is always moving. Dr. always seems lost... You will wait in the office for hours. Trying to get your records transferred is impossible... Just try to call an office, that won't happen either!! Ridiculous

Took my mom here, she s 86, she threw way too much information at her all at once in first appointment. Wanted to change many regular things my mom has been doing for years that s kept her diabetes in check just fine. If you know someone this age those kinds of changes freak them out.

Do Not waste your time. I was told to come an hour after my scheduled time because the doctor is never on time. I called from my car as instructed when I got there and was again told I had to wait 30 minutes. I went in a half hour later, nobody was at reception so I sat down and waited, and waited, an employee walked out of a room saw me and went in another room, I continued to wait. I even said "Hellooo" no response. I went back to my car and called the office, to which the call was hung up on, i called yet again and explained I was there waiting, I was told it would not be much longer, At this point I do not want to see this doctor, who schedules appointments knowing they won;t see you for hours? Very unprofessional staff. At least call the patients and explain when to come and what is going on.

Appointments are changed without notice. Wait times over 3 hours. Poorly run office. Appointments start at 9 but doctor doesn t come in til 11:30

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment in Orchard Park (as instructed) and waited more than an hour and a half past my appointment time before I asked how much longer and was told there were still 6 patients ahead of me waiting to see one provider. I waited a full two hours past my appointment time before I decided to leave. A gentleman in the waiting area told me that he is often instructed to arrive for his appointments one hour late as this is the norm. The waiting room is small, the entire operation is in an old house, and the equipment and decor is from another decade. Old, ugly and uncomfortable, I can ignore for quality care but that is not at all what I received. Shame on this office for wasting people's precious time. What a horrendous experience.

Having an appointment means nothing. Had an appointment for 1015 and got in at 945. 2 hours of waiting and as people came in they were seen before us. Terrible

Excellent Dr. but you have to wait for a long time in waiting room to be seen. I drive 45 mins to see her. She is great with my issues and has knowledge superior to my family dr. I do hate to wait but she never rushes me out of the office and always makes sure you understand whats going on. Been going for almost 2 yrs.@@@@@@@@@@@@@@FINALLY FED UP CANT WAIT 3 HRS TO SEE HER. THE OFFICE TELLS U THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND SAYS COME 1 HR TO 1.5 HRS ;AFTER...........RIDICULOUS

ONE DR. WORTH WAITING FOR. DR. QUIDAJA DOES NOT ARRIVE UNTIL NOON. IF YOU HAVE A 9AM APP'T AND SHOW UP AT NOON YOU WILL BE TAKEN IN THE ORDER OF APPOINTMENT TIME. I HAVE NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 30 MINUTES......GREAT DR. APP'T SCHEDULING NEEDS WORK

Worst place ever. Had an appointment for 2:30 I drive over an hour. Just for them tell me I have to wait till 4:00!!!i don't think so. I drove and hour! You mean to tell me they couldn't have called to tell me that ? Never going back!
