I recently had an experience that left me quite underwhelmed. The communication was slow, which made the whole process feel unnecessarily dragged out 😕. I expected a smoother interaction, but instead, I found myself constantly following up for updates. The quality of service didn’t match what was promised, leaving me feeling a bit frustrated.
