Nodland Cellars

I recently tried a few wines from nodlandcellars.com and I must say they were impressive. The flavors were rich and complex, and the overall experience was delightful. Definitely a winery to keep an eye on!

I will start out with the good:
My husband and I enjoy the wine
When the tasting room was open, we definitely liked to visit and staff seemed nice.
The not so good:
We were wine members for a little while, but I am very disappointed with their service.
I've had trouble receiving emails from the place but I always tried to stay on top of picking up the wines by looking at the credit card charges.
This January, life got a little busy, I saw the charge on the credit card late and I did not get an email to pick up the wine (I even checked my junk mail later), so when I finally caught this an called the number, nobody picked up. Then I saw another $30 charge on the credit card and I got an email reply from one of the staff back stating that since I did not pick up the wine, it got mailed to me.
So, the 2 bottles of wine ended up costing us $93. They are good but not that good.
I would've really appreciated a phone call or a follow up email or any other form of communication to let me know that I could pick up my wine.
Even the reply email that was sent from the staff went straight to my inbox, so I wish they, at least, used that to try to contact me before sending me the wine. I feel like that would've been good customer service, instead of charging me extra money to send the wine I didn't know was there.
But instead they lost a customer...

Absolutely fabulous extraordinary Winery. I highly recommend this Winery
