Ordered a gravity chair online and received a confirmation via email. Four days later, company called to say they only sell using some point system even though they charged my credit card and sent confirmation. Customer service rep stated the 'web guy' doesn't know how that could have happened. When asked if they could honor this order since it was to create a matching set for a chair already purchased for a birthday gift, they refused. Inflexibility combined with providing my credit card and it was charged by a company that does accept payment in that way. Overall extremely disappointed.
