Nice building, but shame that you can't smoke inside the building. And the food is not to be eaten.

As a patient you feel safe and taken seriously, the empathy of all employees is great! And of course also the expertise, you can safely feel safe there.

It is just like a 5 star hotel, you are treated like a special guest. And not like the umpteenth patient. The people who work there work efficiently, quickly, consciously and clearly with a good working atmosphere, you will notice that in everything at this Top hospital. It says enough that we are happy to drive from Ter apel to Drachten for a control moment. Many hospitals must be given a tour of this hospital, call it a company outing.

Occasionally you have to search through the many corridors, although there are many signs and signposts.
I came here from Amersfoort to be treated for Pelvic Congestion Syndrome, something I was not taken seriously in my "own" hospital and therefore could not be treated for.
My big compliments to the expertise, the information and the patience. My journey is not over yet, but I look forward to it with full confidence.

Everything runs smoothly here. Well organized and friendly. Helpful and understanding staff who help to find solutions. Pleasantly accessible Professionals, both supportive and nursing and also medical staff. Wonderful open informative culture in keeping with this time. Everything is super clear. Clean buildings spacious layout and also a good cup of coffee with a snack in the restoration if time needs to fill up. A big 10 for everyone there.

Good information is given regarding the appointment. Friendly staff. Except it's a bit of a hospital maze. Experienced wrong communication between departments a few times, which caused a lot of confusion.

I have been coming to Nij Smellinghe since 1981.
The first years for my mother's treatments, later for my own operations and now together with my husband.
From a small regional hospital, it has grown into a fully-fledged modern clinic without sacrificing cosiness, efficiency and knowledge.
The employees use a personal approach that feels beneficial and gives confidence.

On all fronts a big 10 and a warm 'Thank you' for doctors, nursing staff and other staff.

I was well helped, but initially there were some issues with declaring the costs and how I was informed about it. Finally, a good solution was found and I am satisfied.

The Mdl ward is the best ward in the hospital. Committed staff.

Very poor service. we had an appointment so we go from Groningen, they say that the person is not there today. They had not called or emailed our ewe. We make another appointment, we are badly helped by the lady at the service counter.

Overall very poor service and I will never come here again.

Ever been here but have seen them better. Since 4 years ago the whole thing transferred to mcl in Leeuwarden. Then drive a little further but I like it better. Appointments 80% better in order and you feel a little more human there than just a number.
