Terrible place to work. When they closed the plant in Charlestown they screwed people out of their retirement money. Im surprised their still in business.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I had a ball valve on an isolation valve kit fail within 4 years and they refuse to honor their warranty. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a joke. Not sure how they are still in business. I have been calling the sales reps for a month and they dont get back to me, they dont answer emails... amazing.

Reflecting today about the employee discrimination case (NIBCO V RIVERA) this company was forced to settle, but only after years of wasteful litigation trying to justify their bigotry.
