How can make Castlewood Group Pte Ltd, a liquidating company a creditor? Must be trying to make history.

Have been working with Nexia on a Whole-of-Government audit project since 2019. I find the Nexia's project team to be professional and responsive. I must commend the project engagement manager, Alvin Wee for his proactiveness in providing timely updates and suggestions to improve the audit. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience working with the team and I hope they will keep up the good work done thus far and continue to improve in the years to come.

Slow workers. They go back on their words. Suggest everyone to find another firm.

In out previous encounter they handed down a lack of integrity in their dealings and performance of duties. Eg.

3. Hard to deal with to make changes
4. Not willing to relinquish their role honourably
5. Not providing full disclosure on what they have obtained

I arrived in Singapore on the 13 November to find the shocking news of CW's liquidation. Called them several times without any useful information. I decided to go to their office to find a very unsecured lady who could not help as well. However, i managed to get the names of the COI members and that's how I managed to connect to you.

For a liquidator who actively sought to be voted in as the appointed liquidator during the Creditors Meeting, touting his credentials and impressive track record and how he will proactively trace the financials, audit the financial reports and help the creditors surface irregularities if there is any; to then drag his feet, constantly being unresponsive, procrastinate on the Committee of Investigation meeting, and then bizarrely asked to be paid without doing anything of note - this is at the very least unprofessional, but in truth closer to being downright shameful for a member of a firm as established as Nexia.

Unresponsive and appear inventive to addressing large creditor groups in terms of providing and data or information to those groups or their COI.

Nexia has delivered excellent and professional services in their audit work. Their team of young and diligent auditors has displayed good acumen in performing their work. They also has good communication skills and are able to provide good guidance on potential gaps and areas of risks. The company leaders has also been responsive and has provided good and professional analysis of compliance with good practice standards. Nexia TS delivers profession and good quality work at good value.

Totally unimpressed. Not responding to the COI and lack of integrity.

Professionalism, commitment and integrity is an issue it seems.

We recently had a meeting with Nexia for the liquidation process of Castlewood. Below are my thoughts about how it was presented and from then till current situation:

1. Time wasting
2. Hard to deal with to make changes
3. Not willing to relinquish their role honourably
4. Not providing full disclosure to the COI on what they have obtained

Overall, not cooperative at all.

Best professional help you can find. Assurance department is responsive and meticulous.

Not forthcoming and unconvincing during the creditors meetings and was not transparent at all. They are not a credible firm at all.

Castlewood did not update my new correspondence address hence I am unable to receive the letter that Nexia mailed out. They failed to send me an email to notify although they have the details. Unprofessional.

Unreliable liquidator. Poor follow up and terrible service.

Been using this firm for our Company's outsourcing of payroll and payment services for more than 5 years. The team has been very responsive and attended to our queries within the day or the next.
