My experience at Newt Global office is for around 2hours as a candidate attending the interview for Sr. IT Recruiter.
Recruiter: Rajalakshmi
I had received a call from Rajalakshmi, had initial discussion and got my interview scheduled on 26th Sept 2019.
1st round: Rajalakshmi herself took my interview and went well, it was fair and decent discussion and finished sharing my profile to Recruitment Manager.
2nd Round: Interviewer name unknown, Position Recruitment manager. Started with a unprofessional way, and then through out the interview, Being a Recruitment Manager he had serious lack of Interview etiquette, unable to maintain eye contact and disturbed and being the key person for decision making.
Pathetic situation, Candidate loose their interest with such person taking the interview, lost interest with Newt Global.
Sugession to Candidates: Prepare to face worst interview etiquette.

I went there for a interview, the manager who interviewed me was very jovial. Interview went more like a friendly conversation. I enjoyed my time there. Little unfortunate to not get shortlisted. May be the next time ..! :)

Worst management, they called me for interview and went through around 7 round. Telephonic, 1:1, 1:1, written, 1:1, 1:1, ( 1:1) but no response. It takes around 17 day's. After spending time to go out of city around 40 km and preparing for this interview for around 17 they didn't respond, before that they will call every time.
Please don't waste your time, petrol, loss of pay in present office if working and other interview opportunity.
