We saw a A Play Gone Wrong. It was the best, funniest, well done, exciting, surprising, physical, tearful laughing, belly aching play I have ever seen. Each and every player is exactly the perfect person for the roll. Bring them all together with writing and staging and WOW WOW WOW!

Decent place Off-Broadway. Avenue Q is a funny play, so is Puffs.

Saw "The Puffs". It was phenomenal if you are a big Harry Potter fan, there are too many Easter eggs to understand if your not. Wonderful cast and theater.

Avenue q was the best experience ever i would recomand it 10000 times and the place was quiet nice

Saw rock of ages,was amazing theatre was so much fun

Be very careful with your things at this theater. My daughter left her plush toy on the seat. We went back to the theater and were told by the security person that it was found,but when we went to the office to retrieve it, it seems one of the employees had taken it. We got a very uncaring attitude from the manager even though his own security professional confirmed the toy had been found. Manager appears to condone a finders keepers attitude about customer items.

I thought this theater was great, this being the first time I have visited. I was pleasantly surprised with the way it is arranged and had no problems. Just one quick escalator ride down and you are a very sleek outlook. I went to see the show iLuminate and both the show and the individual theater I was in were fantastic. The staff was also great and I would go again.

Great small venue. Every seat has a good view of the stage.

A great theater that feels very personal and not too huge to where you can't even tell what's going on in the stage. The back row seats even have a nice view and you can tell what's going on from the distance. The TV screens are set up nice too for Avenue Q and angled pretty great.

The New World Stages is a great off Broadway theater. Four small theaters allow for an intimate theater experience.

Love this theater! Have seen 2 shows here, Avenue Q & Rock of Ages. Love the smaller intimate theaters. Every seat has the perfect view.

Fantastic performance! By far one of the best shows I have seen in years! If you remember the music. Make sure you go!! Brings you right back to the 80 s.

Saw Play That Goes Wrong. Funny as hell... Probably the most value for entertainment dollar ever. It helped to get %50 off tickets in Time Square two hours before show time but without that it still would have been worth it. Just when you think it can't get any "worse", it does.

A hidden gem! Not a bad seat in the house and I just LOVE that they turned an old cinema into a theater! The drinks come in theater safe cups, the staff is so friendly and we really enjoyed the show!

Loved the atmosphere and the views of the stages were incredible!

Saw The Play That Goes Wrong and it was amazing. The venue and actors were fantastic. $5 for a normal sized bottled water, but that's New York!

Very nice small venue. Larger theaters have a capacity of 518 each. I have seen a couple of shows and enjoyed both. It's easy to get in and out of the complex and it has a nice outdoor park next door.

Great theatre off broadway. We visited Rock of Ages musical. If you like rock music, this is for you.

Excellent, off-Broadway theatre complex. Modern, great amenities. Onsite bar.

Nice theater. Dont be afraid to go downstairs. Limited drink selection. Eat before you go in as there is no food.

Not a huge theater, it's a medium size with modern and surprisingly comfortable seats. Because of the size the play can be well seen and heard from just about anywhere in the audience. Superb "Jersey Boys" performance.

Jersey Boy is the BEST Broadway Musical I have ever seen!!

It is a beautiful gem of a theater hidden in an iron works art building. I loved the space.

I saw Jersey Boys. Tickets were priced reasonably.

These small theaters have good sight lines. There are both elevator and escalator. Bathrooms are large and clean. The pitch is steep, but someone will assist you.

Great production fab idea to have multiple productions foing on under one roof

Went to see Jersey Boys. I ve seen it in Vegas, Dallas and NYC. This was my favorite venue. It is smaller (seats around 500) and much more intimate.

Watched Rock of Ages, amazing. One of the best musical i've ever seen!

I love this place! I feel like it is one of the best off broadway theaters in New York! The theaters are cool and none of the shows are bad!

I like this theater. Everything I've seen here has been pretty good. They have multiple shows here simultaneously. The theaters themselves are not that large. The seats, like most theaters in the city, are small as well. The bars offer theamed menu items which is fun. Great for off Broadway entertainment.

My sister and I come here all the time- we love it. We even look for excuses to go here,
i.e. "Wanna see this?" I don't know not really "it's at New World Stages" okay!
However, we just went here to see Shear Madness and found that they had raised the prices on their $4 sangria to $10. In perspective we both used to get doubles ($8) and now they were looking for $20. Apparently they were looking to raise the prices to "Broadway prices." 1- this is an off-Broadway theater. 2- Broadway prices should come with a souvenir cup, like Broadway drinks do.
I love NWS but am completely annoyed with this step up in drink price.

Well set up theatre. The stages are conveniently located and the shows are good. A nice experience. However, make sure not to loose your coat as you will not be let back in.

Picked up last minute tickets at TKTS counter in Times Square for Rock of Ages. Highly recommend, was such an entertaining show! Great music and amazing talent!

Must see actual plays with live actors and actresses. Great performances at reasonable prices..

Small theater but very welcoming with good visibility and sound even from the last rows at the top

The theater is great and the shows it hosts as well, I've seen both Rent and Avenue Q here and both were amazing. The staff at the evening were awesome as well. At my 2nd time however the staff that sold tickets at noon were extremely rude and very unpleasent, when there wasn't even a crowd or anything preventing them from being nice and helpful as they weren't. Still, worth going cause the evening experience is totally worth it.

The staff was excellent and the prices are fair for what you are getting. Really enjoyed this place a lot.

Lost something very important to me at the matinee show today. Went back at the close of the evening show and the building crew would not make someone available to accompany me back to my seat to check the floor. We bought 6 tickets but that didn't matter. MERRY XMAS TIME?!

Really cool place not new and glamorous but old an cool!! Jersey boys was better than expected great evening!

Nice theater pretty huge compared to the rest of Broadway, and no question for the ladies or the bar, it's a new structure with I think 3 to 5 theater stages inside. We went to see avenue Q here and we loved it in stage 3.
Easy access, loads of parking space close by, easy reach with the subway and via taxi.

This is such a cool performance space. Easy to navigate, a fun environment, with a varied collection of shows. Truly something for every audience member. A great off broadway experience.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Would recommend it!
