I've been a loyal customer of New Potato Technologies for years now, and I can't recommend them enough. Their products are top-notch, and the customer service is excellent. I've never had any issues with them, and I will continue to support their business.

Turns out that even though amazon is still selling this product, (FLPR) as are others, that new potato no longer supports the app that goes with it, nor do they have any intentions of upgrading the app to work with iOS 11. Furthermore they blame Apple for dropping support for the 32 pin connectors (even though they acknowledge that customers have had success with 32 pin to lightning converters). They also blame amazon for not keeping up with product development, like they can keep up with thousands of these things? Would suggest not buying any of
New Potato products as you will never know when they will dump support of it.

This company is the finest to work with on all levels. They have helped us redesign, test the products to be the best in my marketplace.
