Way below a decent pay rate and only if you work at a Va government facility like VDOT or MVA will you see a half ass salary. If you get hired be prepared to do a useless physical!!!!! Go for it if you're a seasoned professional $8-11/hr. would be severe slap in the face!!!

Horrible company to work for. My transmission went out and I was fired because I could not make it to work. Horrible pay wages as well.

Horrible to their employees, work in corrupt amount of hours, and doesnt def er nd its employees. They are dispensable

The branch who still wears the uniform in the Library of Virginia needs to be fired for Imposing security measures for example my nap sack ( in the form of book bag) is ripped and tattered they say get a new one it's hard for the Homeless to get their hands on bags that hold important items such as birth certificate ( which is currently stuck together due to the Rain) and equipment for my Smart Android devices

Horrible interpersonal management. They cover up there mistakes by lying to the companies and placing blame on others instead of handing there own employees. Some are good but most of them abandon post and fall asleep on the job they should loose there contract

You need a security officer's job? They need officers.

Best training school i been to hands down and the instructor keeps you interested and awake which is a big plus in my eyes...definitely needs better chairs lol they are not broke or anything just can get really uncomfortable but you get 10 mins breaks every hr and a 30 mins lunch break so you cant really complain (which im not) just a recommendation. Will be going back for my armed training ASAP!
