I misplaced my Wall adapter for my Spinal Stimulator. My Wife and I thought we found it. Plugged it into the Nevro Charger and caused the Charger to Malfunction.(Not the correct Wall Adapter!) Called the Nevro Tech Support, they immediately replaced the Charger and Wall Adapter through FedEx. Informed me that my Insurance will cover it.The next day, received the Delivery.
