The owner is a bitter man who after I had gone in to view ceiling fans, of which he had 3 !

OMG his whole Demeanor changed, and challenged me that that is why the high Street has failed and is failing because people are taking pictures and then getting it Cheaper online
newsflash reason people go online is because they are busy, work full-time. And yes can get it cheaper online.
So customer feedback for yourself go and sell online ! Or accommodate people by allowing them to take pictures and then make an informed decision it s called smart phones and technology or just be a pleasant person and you would ve got a sale that s why you ve gone to the wall nothing to do with people taking pictures and going online. You just haven t moved with the times.
