So called this place needing some help, told me everything would be fine and now I get told because my address if for a different city.... so you guys help but only for people in Grand Rapids?! What a joke! I am deeply upset over this! I cant believe this! You guys are a joke.

I can't believe these people are in the business of helping kids. Dr. Stoyanov was the least caring most brusk doctor I've seen. She single handedly lowered my child's self- esteem with bruskness and sarcasm.

I was treated very well and they got me the help I need. They got me into detox and got me into a recovery house and are paying the first 2 months rent. They are great people

Do not waste your time here. I was referred here by pine rest (due to lack of insurance) after my therapist recommended I get evaluated. I arrived around 9:15. They got me in fairly quickly & had me talk to someone who claimed she was a counselor but was more like a glorified receptionist. As she's tried to get information out of me, each issue I brought up she got more and more excited? Like all she saw were dollar signs. After talking to her for about a half hour she sat me in a room ALONE for over 45 minutes to wait for the psychiatrist, but no one came for me. Around 10:45 I gave up & walked out. They didn't realize I had left until a HALF HOUR LATER later, saying they were so sorry they had JUST MISSED ME . I would have been left in a room, with suicidal thoughts for almost a hour and a half, which is unacceptable. All in all it was a very discouraging situation. I felt like the only way I was going to get treatment is if I had walked in there with slit wrists (which I DO NOT recommend doing). If you are suicidal and you have no other options I would recommend going to a ER or urgent care before going here. Thankfully I was able to get into my primary doctor the next day and received the care and treatment I deserved.

I tried "Network 180" in Kent County MI.

1st, they make you re-live your story over& over& over again, when they make YOU jump through at least 4 calls just to get an appointment.

2nd, they don't treat adults with ADHD!!! Last time I checked ADHD was a mental health issue!

3rd, you have to prove to them, over the phone, that you're Depressed!!

Long story short, you're better off killing yourself!

Val has got to have the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. She is so short and cold with her answers, she is not a very friendly employee, Id be daring enough to suggest she is hostile with her attitude. I do not have an issue being declined a service in a professional manner, but when the whole conversation from "Hello" is unpleasant I become uncomfortable.

My friend was in desperate need of help and was told she "wasn't urgent enough" even though she was actively suicidal and self-harming. The women who worked her case was not educated or qualified, after my friend begged her for help, she told her to "call her friends" and refused to get her admitted to a hospital.

This place has denied me help twice within a month period. My suicide is on them.

The worst psychological "help" I've ever recieved, nothing more going on here besides shoving pills down your throat. Nothing they said they would do has been done as far as counseling services. I wouldn't recommend this failure to my worst enemy
