Cool place and nice team! It is different than in other such companies ... they are more focused but in a positive sense. A bit of Korpo, but with special DNA. Such positive ... open to new solutions, flexible ... open heads. It does not suit us, and we recommend it.

I warn you !!! During recruitment they pull out information about 10 potential clients (name, www, names and surnames), then there is a conversation in English which no one passes. Recruitment is to get information from people.

Very disrespectful company in terms of recruitment process. The pretend you to do a very hard recruitment task in few days with unpredictable requirements. They do not care about the people time :(
Extremely poor experience during recruitment process. It only indicated how they treat people inside the company. They force job applicants to do time-consuming tasks, and then they send very vague feedback. In EU this kind of practice is called unpaid consulting, and can be penalised by Fair Trade Organization. I recommend to think twice before doing business with Netguru Poland :)
