I am currently staying at this hotel for quarantine and have been really enjoying it. We booked the smart family room for 2 people as we wanted extra space. It really is spacious which allows us to exercise and move around. The TV is big and modern which is awesome. We have the view of a balcony with plants which is lovely. The area is quiet (3rd floor) which is nice. The front desk calls you often to check what you need. Service has been great and the people are nice. We are lucky to quarantine here! Would recommend!
Excellent hotel! Great rooms with comfy beds. Very modern with great technology. Breakfast selection was fantastic. Overall an awesome place to stay right in the heart of Kowloon.
Very spacious, clean and comfortable hotel for Hong Kong's standards. will definitely stay here again when we return. A21 airport bus stop right at entrance. mtr short distance away. temple street is just across the road. Friendly staff and warm service. Good!
New decorated hotel with brand new furniture and facilities in guest room. The staff in reception are very friendly! Good location just next to the tube and shopping centre. I have to say, comparing to the room rates and its location, room size, facilities, employees' hospitalities, etc. This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed in Hong Kong since last decade. Super recommend!!
When we first arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and brought up the bags to our room quickly and efficiently. Check-in was easy and the rooms were very spacious compared to many other rooms in the area (we stayed in the Nathan Smart Plus Room). They were mostly clean and the view was very dynamic. Throughout my entire stay, the staff would call us to see if we needed anything and helped out as much as they can. The price as of July 2020 is very fair and a great value for those looking to stay at an affordable hotel with great amenities and service.
Room is not very big (platinum type) but full of facilities. Bed is soft with four big pillows. Baby cot is available as requested. Breakfast is served on 15th floor. There are high chairs available for baby at the table. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Most of them can speak English. Location is good, near Jordan station and there are many stores for eating and shopping. Taxi fare from hotel to airport is 280 HKD.
Clean and relatively new hotel with breakfast and dinner options. Room is clean and amenities are good. Shower caps, toothbrushes and soaps/ shampoos new every day. Free wifi but virtually no parking space outside. Close to shops and restaurants.
