My gel manicure lasted 5 days before it started chipping while on vacation. By the end of my 8 day vacation, I had 3 chipped nails. I came back from vacation and told the owner, and he said that gel manicures are not expected to last more than 10 days and did not offer to fix my chip nails.

Lynn and tammy are awesome. Lynn does my nails . Tami does my feet. Over 20 yrs now.

I've gone to this nail salon, off and on for the past three years. They honestly all do such a great job on your nails:) and wax. From the owner to the employees they have wonderful customer service. Which I feel now and days is hard to find:/ and a ginormous plus. I have never been turned away from not having an apt. either FYI. The only down fall for me personally is the gel nail color selection isn't the best in my taste but I can live with it as I always wear nude colors anyways lol and I know they get new colors all the time.

Awesome place for spa pedicures & acrylics pink & whites. They also give facials, wax, & really good massages. Give it a try.

I Love my new place. Jenny does the best acrylics and Stacy does thee best eyebrows. This place is clean and has great customer service.Go get yourself Beautiful! You will leave feeling and looking simply FANTABULOUS!

Don't have them do anything without asking for the price up front. This way, you have recourse when they quote you outrageous prices. The manager is a lying deceitful ignorant person who hung up on me for asking why they charged 70 dollars for a gel mani/ pedi. He lied and said that they specifically quoted the price to my child. Not true. Either way, always ask these people about prices before the work is done. By the way, five dollars for a design (not five dollars each) is what they will tell you. watch out!!

Every time I came in to the business the personal who did my nails was always a half hour late.

They have very high prices for not great service And gel color NEVER match with the regular color. So ooooo many customer are having hard time. They can take example from NAIL GARDEN A PORTER RANCH. THEY HAVE GREAT MATCHING PRODUCT.

Worst place to go... Bad service and attitude! And terrible job!!! I have never had such a bad experience before.
Worst part of it is that you get blamed for them not doing a good job.

Never coming back to this place!!!

They do a great job, I have been happy with the job they do every time I have come.

I had a full pedicure with all the bells and whistles this morning with Cathy.
Since I have poor circulation, I added the lower leg and foot massage. It was soooo wonderful and relaxing. I plan to make this my monthly routine and take care of my feet. I have noticed that some patrons have made comments about the owner. Yeah...he hovers around, but I just basically ignore him. I go there for the service, not to be friends with the manager.

Stacy is the best waxer ever. Smart to make an appointment!

I am not sure how the nail service is, but if you are going for waxing, it's an excellent place. I go to Sonny regularly and she is great! I love her. She takes her time and is so nice and amazing. I definitely will recommend her.

I had the microblading of my eyebrows with Stacey. She is wonderful. I had been considering to do it for over a year but I was very afraid I was not going to be happy with the work, I did not want to have my eyebrows with that fake look that I see in so many people. When I talk to Stacey, she made me feel confident. I am very pleased with the results ,my eyebrows look natural and beautiful. Definitely, I will do it again

Walked in at 4:09 today first time coming here mind you and they didn t care to help me. You guys show no compassion towards your customers. Won t ever come back!!

Ive been going there for stacy and jesse! They are great, professional, and quick. If you want a good job done and-or have sensitive skin, thses ladies will take care of you! I dont go anywhere else for my body waxing :-)

I feel SO bad for the women who work there. The owner is verbally abusive and isn t shy to do it in front of customers.

I tried this place about five times but each time my nails broke within two weeks. I kept going back because I feel bad for the ladies there.

Horrible you have to wait hours for a service by appointment besides that I despair of waiting for them to do my hands they never did and it lasts more than 3 hours inside terrible I do not recommend it I will never return to this place

They will lie to you to get your business. I called about color changing gel polish and they swore they had it and so I made an appointment with them after calling 10 shops. When I got there they didnt have it and I was short on time to get to my uncles wedding was forced to stay there and just get it done and they wouldn't do anything to make up for it. Service wasn't great they did a crappy job and the gel polish chipped within 4 days.

Definitely recommend Tammy and Jenny for pedicures. And Lynn and Van for Full Sets. Love love love this place !!!

Great place to get your nails,facial eye brows. See tami for your nails and stacey for your facial and eyebrows. Come early they get really busy around noon on the weekends

The nail tech did not listen to anything that I wanted and it seemed like it was her first time doing a full set. Nails were uneven and lumpy plus 8 nails were long and two were short and the guy at the front did not care at all for what I was saying $48.00 in the trash I m never going back to this place at all.

I wish I got the name of my nail technician (I think it's Kelly?) because she did an amazing job with my gel manicure. I showed her a picture from my favorite nail instagtam avec_nychlo and she did exactly what I wanted. Two colors with a small design for $41 what a deal!!! Ladies, please tip them nicely because they do such a great job. I'll be coming back in next time!

Technician did not do a good job, she clipped my cuticles too low and my gel lasted 3 days. A total waste of money and time. They should be ashamed.

They have really great service here... everyone is very inviting and give you exactly what I ask for. Love how my pedicure looks and feels!

The first few times I came here I wasnt impressed because my gel manicures would chip within a week. Now that KARINA works here it will last at least 2 weeks! She also does great wax jobs. Ask for Karina!!!

They overcharge for their skill level. I asked for coffin shape and it took about 45min for the worker to get even close to that shape. The painting skills are sub par, my nails were lumpy and uneven when finished (I got a gel fill with gel polish) my pedicure was somewhat better but not really. Again the paint job was sub par but the shaping and actual pedicure was decent. If I had seen their work I would not have paid. In San Diego I pay $45 for these same services. Here I was charged $67 (they charged me to shape my nail, I've never heard of that).

Ahhhhmazing. Wonderful, honest, very courteous people. Van did my pedi and gel manicure. Had to remove acrylic before. She never lost patience. Van speaks perfect English, has a good sense of humor, kept me engaged, and was totally intent on making me happy. One in a million!

I asked for a patriotic themed design and she EXCEEDED my expectations.

I have HIT THE JACKPOT, PEOPLE! If you care about your nails, want great service, and expect the best, GO!!!! I'll be there every couple of weeks from now on!

My daughter and I went to get our nails done, the nail lady gave her pedicure and played around with her toe and after that my daughter was having difficult time walking because of her. My daughter called the owner (old man) and explained what went on and asked may be she could look it over and fix what she did, and his response was GO TO DOCTOR!!!!!!
I called and asked to speak with him and he didn't even returned the call.
this situation could have been resolved in a different manner than it was handled.

The owner is extremely rude to customers and workers. I have been there a few times when in the area and once heard him loudly yelling and arguing with his worker, right in front of customers. He has also made rude comments to customers. Not professional at all. Would NEVER return!

The manager of this place has some real issues. I came in for the first time today to get my nails done and at first I liked it. The lady doing my nails was really sweet and did a good job but the manager left a bad taste in my mouth. Hes rude and I watched him argue with another customer because she wasn't happy with the service and he procedded to take away her phone. Super unprofessional. Will not come back ever. Also my pedicure chipped the next day....so frustrating and my full set seems a bit sketchy....in desperate need of a great nail salon so I can become a loyal customer because this place is not it.

If you need waxing done ask for Sunny. She is the best. She is always so gentle with me and my sensitive skin.
