I went today to buy a cuticle cutter and a drill bite and as soon i open up my cuticle cutter to use it today didnt cut at all,bad quality product but the drill bite its good .just not happy with the product

If I could have given no stars I would have. I place an order and for 2 weeks it have been processing. I've been sending messages to inquire about my order and noone has responded. I want my damn money back. This is ridiculous!!

This company purposely sent me a different branded product then what I ordered. I asked for a full refund, but they originally wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Like really? They made the mistake of sending me the wrong product and want to charge me restocking fee. Then they offered to give me 100% refund, but I had to pay for return shipping. WOW! Worst customer service ever! I tried to reason with them that this is in no part my fault, why do I have to pay for return shipping when I received the wrong product. They're reasoning was "it's a different brand but it's from the same manufacturer so it's the same thing". UHHHHH NO IT"S NOT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Love their products, especially their gels, extra hard gel is my favorite, in perfect pink, clear and natural...love it!

I walked in and the lady working at the front was very nice and helpful. I went looking for nail forms, she went to the back and got them for me. Great quality and good prices! I can t wait to see what they have online!

I brought some 3D gels from Nailite and was very disappointed. After ordering it online and receiving it thru the mail, I was so anxious to try it out. I was not able to do anything with it, practically nothing. I emailed them a few times, hoping to get some tips or suggestions on how to use them. I did what they suggested but it didn't work out. I was not able to create anything with it. They didnt even suggest on a refund, which it really didnt matter cause it would've cost me more to ship it back. But this product is useless and its just a thicker gel than the gel polish. So I would not recommend this product to anyone. Its a waste of money. Such a disappointment.

Placed my order and it was fine. I was suppose to contact them for further shipping cost, so I did and okayed the amount. It was not clear enough for me to understand obviously that the shipping fee came out to be way more than what my items order costed. This place is a rip off with shipping and I will no longer be ordering my supplies from them. I am very disappointed with the amount of the shipping cost. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM NAILITE INC. Bunch of rip offs.

Lovely service. Very small shop. I live 40 minutes away and didn't want to pay shipping and handling and residential fee. Lol.

I always have great customer service from this company. If I have a problem they have always fixed it. Keep up the good work. Don't worry about the negative comments, the general public is hard to keep happy.

last time I order. They had told me I would receive a call confirmation about my order and 2 items that are not in stock before placing the order, Did not receive a call so i had to pay shipping fee which more than the products I wanted and needed. very upset I will tell my 5 workers to no longer place orders from this place. we had a orderless salon but now we will be switching products
