I needed a stat dec signed and appreciate that prescriptions needed priority however I was left there standing for well over 30 minutes as each person came in and the chemist would announce to each customer arriving that I was to wait till they all had been served before he would witness my signature. I would have had more respect for him if he had just told me 'no I dont want to do that please go away' rather than leave me to wait futilely. So I left and will not return, I would think that a chemist would be more educated than that and less rude!
Staff at the billing counter is extreme racist. She was so wonderful and smily to a white customer in front of me and over helpful. As soon as it was my turn her face frowned and she didnt even bother asking me my membership number. Let aside the fact that she didn't offer me a free gift (not that I needed it anyway) that she offered (2)the lady in front. Need to train staff in basics in customer service.
Exceptional service by Gilroy and other staff , As all doors closed after hours an weekend found that coburg store open till 9pm and been there on 26 th feb around 8pm . Thanks to the staff , specially Gilroy and my chemist .
