Extremely unprofessional services. Employer is currently under investigation by Department of Labor for fraud and there are two ongoing investigations. Join this company at your own risk. I worked there 2 years, and the its shocking how much waste is going on with government money due to intentional or unintentional mismanagement.
Just wanted to see if the company was real. My friend had an interview in Dallas TX and she expressed how unprepared the interviewer was and she was skeptical about taking the job.
Just look how many people gave a 1 star review. The 5 star reviews are family members of the owners. This company basically gives kickbacks to get contracts. You can look at some of the recent lawsuits to learn more about this. I worked for 3 years with this company, and I wish I had quit much earlier; but to family situation at the time I decided to stay and put up with the extremely rude senior management. Extremely hostile environment. Also look at Glassdoor to see how bad their rating are there also.
After seeing so many 1 star ratings (note there are no 0 stars, 1 star is the lowest) you are working with MVM Inc at your own risk. Enough people have warned you. Do not come here and complain that they treated you bad or that MVM Inc is one of the most unprofessional companies you have seen.
Extremely incompetent management and leadership. A family company that gets contracts thru kickbacks. I am surprised that the leadership that is basically two families (the Marquez family and Campos family) have not already been arrested. This company is not run based on merit rather based on who is family and who is not.
This company is under investigation by Department of Labor for their unlawful practices with their employees. If you've been abused by this employer we suggest you report them to the the Department of Labor in order to assist the government with their investigation.
