Worst place I've ever interviewed in my life'. Alex Rodriguez was the worst person that could have interviewed me. Kept asking (is that all you do?)
All the guys there seemed scared of him. Even the receptionist (Hispanic also) was very rude.
They didn't even know I was coming even though I had scheduled a appointment. So glad I didn't get sucked into this company
BTW I am also Hispanic so its not a racial thing or anything like that on my part. I've been in the aerospace industry for 8 years. It's just sad to see these people in positions where they can just step over others

I felt the need to write a review about this very amazing company that i am proud to call my employer. I have worked here for 7 years and i will retire one day from MS Aerospace. Is this a demanding company Yes and I am thankful for that. We are making critical fasteners that hold together jet engines. Our family, friends and soliders fly on the planes that have the engines which our fasteners hold together. Thank you MS Aerospace.

Toxic place! There for 3 weeks and every employee on the floor were scared to talk to anyone in management. The PM and Director were dictators and run the place because the owner only hears from them!!! They have NO continuous improvement knowledge nor do they care to implement. I have 3 words , Run and Hide! So glad they let me go! You have been warned!

Worked here for four years, and leaving this company was the best decision of my life.

I normally do not right bad reviews, but this Job is the worst I ever been. I been a machinist for two years and the way this job is, it s not right. One the bosses treat employees is disrespectful. If someone talk to a coworker about a question, they will get in trouble. If production is not met also get in trouble. As a machinist they are all under payed. The skills that all these workers have, they can make some serious money.
If you want to learn CNC best bet is going to school or find an entry level that pays good. MS is not the place to be
