I will be leaving for another opportunity in a few weeks. My time with this company has been great. Note that this job is not for everyone. There are alot of great employees who are willing to teach you if you are willing to learn and do the work. If you just want to try to do the bare minimum when you are at home when it's slow it's your own fault. I must say my experience has been great my account manager was willing to work with me when needed and my co workers were willing to teach me when I was new and didn't know anything. If I ever find myself looking for work again I will happily reapply.
They need to revamp the entire Executive Team...the President is introverted and awkward. He should take control and be personable, friendly maybe even smile at his employees. So many Safety issues, you better be carrying that coin! Unfortunately I was traumatized working there for the 6 years I did, I didn t realize it when I was there but they aren t good to their people which is why they leave with no notice.
MPW has always treated me right! I started out as a Technician and with in 8 months I was supervising my own crew. They have allowed me to get my certifications in confined space rescue, First aid and my OSHA 30 hr. Today, I'm working as a safety coordinator.
I am employed i love the people i work for my two boss's are the best i have ever had but anyone above them dont answers or care they are rude o and wen the have the company picnic we have to work the same night 12hrs we dont get the chance to go because we have to work so we miss out on a lot pizza partys its like the weekend team is forgotten about good thing are supervisor and team leader will buy for us
