Had a blast shredding downhill, great and helpful employees which actually ski/snowboard as well and provide plenty assistance for first-timers. Give yourself plenty of time to look for parking if planning to visit the park due to lots of traffic of people stopping on the sides of the road to play in snow. Went to the West Resort side and plenty of soft-powder snow and jumps and boxes for those experienced and/or daring skiers/snowboarders.

The trails are well groomed and not a lot of people during my visit. The lift ticket prices had gone up and no half day ski anymore. Now you have to pay for parking, which is unfair for the price you paid for upon entry.
The closest and easy access to a ski area around SoCal.

First time snowboarding! Went on a Friday assuming it will be a madhouse but its wasn't crazy at all. Had the full day pass and full day rental gear. Getting your pass was simple thanks to the kiosk and getting our rentals were pretty quick to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed open including all the lifts, food, and the retail store. Masks are required due to Covid. Will definitely be back again, my family and I had a blast and a great first time experience here.

Went on 2-23-2021. Got there around 8:30am. The free lot had only 5 other cars. Very empty on the slopes and lift in the morning. Even from noon onwards, no wait for lift and not close to being crowded. Mondays and Tuesdays are the best times to go if you can make it. No traffic heading there or back.

There are two resorts, WEST and EAST.
West has one of the best places in Southern California for Skiing & snowboarding. You can rent the gears or bring your own. It has both Free & Paid parking. There is an outdoor restaurant and few well maintained restrooms.
EAST has only paid parking that cost $20 (We were surprised because places like mammoth and big bear resorts didn't have parking charges), you can take a lift to the top where there is a restaurant. Plus scenic photo ops but the ride cost $25 per person. Saw some ppl doing the Snow tubing.

Had a blast the other day snowboarding down the mountain with my friend. It was the first time in years so I'm still incredibly sore. The staff were very nice, food was good. Pro tip: if you're going to take your phone as you ride down, make sure you have it secured. I took a bad fall. Flipped and my phone went flying out of my pocket. Luckily some awesome people turned it in to the lost and found. My two complaints for this place are 1. The price. (Which is making me wait a while before going back) and 2. The amount of people. This place was crazy packed which made going down the mountain more like a dodging exercise. We went on a Sunday so try going during a weekday and I bet you'll have better luck!

Are you looking for a winter wonderland where you can ski, snowboard, tube, and play in the snow? Look no further than Mountain High Ski Resort! Located in Southern California, Mountain High is the closest home for winter sports enthusiasts who want to experience the thrill of skiing and snowboarding without having to travel far.

With over 290 acres of skiable terrain and 16 lifts, Mountain High offers something for everyone. Whether you're a beginner or an expert skier or snowboarder, there are plenty of runs to choose from. The resort also features three separate mountains with varying degrees of difficulty: West Resort, East Resort, and North Resort.

West Resort is perfect for beginners and intermediate skiers/snowboarders who want to improve their skills on gentle slopes. East Resort is ideal for advanced skiers/snowboarders who crave steep terrain and challenging runs. North Resort is perfect for those who love freestyle skiing/snowboarding as it features a terrain park with jumps, rails, boxes, and other obstacles.

But that's not all! Mountain High also offers tubing lanes where you can slide down the hill on an inner tube at high speeds. It's a fun activity that both kids and adults will enjoy. And if you just want to play in the snow without any equipment or lessons involved? No problem! The resort has designated areas where you can build a snowman or have a friendly snowball fight.

One thing that sets Mountain High apart from other ski resorts is its accessibility. Unlike other resorts that require driving up steep mountain roads (which can be dangerous during winter), Mountain High is located just 20 minutes off the 15 Freeway in Wrightwood with no mountain driving required. This makes it easy for visitors from Los Angeles County or San Bernardino County to get there quickly without worrying about road conditions.
