Never going back, previous management from Mrs. Carmen was great, that s why I was going here for over a year, she actually cared about her customers. Now the new people in charge don t care about their customers.

This place is a complete and total rip off! They are EXPENSIVE but not worth a dime. I spent over 3 grand for an hour long treatment that could ve costs much less at Birmingham OBGYN for urine incontinence, but the lady who works here told me all of the reasons why I shouldn t go to Bham obgyn. Long story short, I wish I d not listened to her. They never return calls or anything. Just take your money. I still have to go to receive another treatment elsewhere. Don t waste your money.

You can t get them on the phone. Some dude will call you back. I got a bundle from Groupon and they moved the office during the time I needed to schedule my second appointment. I called to schedule and dude man never returned my call. So I basically paid for two treatments and got one. The staff is nice and they have a professional setup EXCEPT the receptionist dude who schedules everything.

I love coming to Smart Skin and getting treatments! The microneedling with PRP is fabulous and has made a huge difference in my skin tone and texture! Definitely will be getting more microneedling!!
