Average. Wasn't overly impressed by the salesman. Admittedly, the pricing is really good however after they had checked my part-x over, the salesman was condescending and in my opinion over-critical about my part-x. So much so that he started pointing out the fact that it had bird droppings on the roof and continued to state that if bird droppings aren't removed from cars they could stain them. However, unbeknownst to him, one of their cars for sale about 2 meters directly behind him, had bird droppings all over the roof, which I pointed out... He then resorted to blaming the seagulls which they couldn't control. Well that's pretty much the same about the birds that were above my part-x. A famous saying about throwing stones from a glass house springs to mind.

He went on to make me an offer and worded it along the lines of, this is without washing your car off - hinting their may have been damage from said droppings. I offered for him to spray the car off whilst I waited as I was in no hurry, however he shot this idea down quickly.

He then mentioned a part of my bumper where the paint is flaking off about the size of a 50p coin - which I have no control over. When I pointed out minor scratches along the bumper of their vehicle, he promptly replied by saying, I've been picking holes in your car, it's only fair you do the same; I have no control over the bumpers of our cars.

I did end up buying the car from them in the end, however, would probably question returning for a second time.

A genuinely positive experience which is a rare thing in the used car industry. Honest, transparent and with the highest regard for their customers. I could not recommend Victoria Motor Company more highly. Thank you for your excellent communication and service.
