This company are a total rip off waited for over 2 weeks still no contact
They were still taking money out of the bank even when i had cancelled the policy, DONT USE THEM THERE IS BETTER OUT THERE

Had a problem re payment they were very helpfull in sorting this out for me no complaints at all

I must admit I read other reviews and was shocked to see them. There is always two sides. I purchased a policy from them for my business and they have been superb in service and after sales call. Always been able to get hold my account executive and they even showed me what my other broker had left out of my cover which could have really damaged me. 5 star earned.

Certainly don't live up to their mission statement of integrity when sending spam calls with automated voice messages to call them. Only reason they got one star is because I can't give them less.
