Still trying to get a refund for a T-Shirt from January and it is nearly the end of March!! They are not able to provide a T-shirt (machine broken) and have admitted that there will not be a T-shirt but will not offer a refund, only a credit. My nephew wasn't that keen on it so I don't want a credit...
Totally impressed with the skate facilities ramps and service. Will totally recommend anyone all around the world to skate , bmx or scoot here!

After driving here. The place is closed, even though it was advertised as open on google and marked as its busiest time, Sunday 4:30pm. Pretty annoying

'there are too many scooter kids' and you always get snaked they have good facilities but you get snaked too much

Friendly service, good value, not crowded on Monday night. Could improve leveling of some ramp entries, otherwise excellent.
It s a park with potential. I wish the shop offered decent, healthier food and that the facility was a bit more maintained and enriched with features like music, rails and more flat areas to just practice tricks
In case some of you didn't know, This skatepark caught fire a few months ago and will probably not open again. The new Monster skatepark is located in Artarmon now and is called Warehouse 11 Studio. Address: Unit 2 9-13 Campbell street Artarmon, New South Wales, Australia.
I think all scooters should be banned from skateparks.
not impressed when I went there, the ramps are in a really shotty condition and it is basically a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Beginner-friendly with extremely nice staff and coaches. Food and beverage are pricey so you'd better BYO. A good variety of ramps provide you suitable practice.

So I came all the way from somewhere in the eastern suburbs early in the morning. I am glad that I found this gem and I get to see the best skatepark in Oceania.
The people, the atmosphere are all awesome.

Had a great 10th birthday here, it was 10 x 10-12 year old boys and they absolutely loved it. Darren is awesome and so are the trainers. The birthday boy even ended up with a Monster t-shirt with his name on the back, very cool - we will be back soon! Thanks team :)

Warehouse 11 is now open in Artarmon if you want to use all the old ramps!
This is ONLY OUTDOOR Ramps. The indoor park was damaged by fire some time ago. If you want to skate indoor go to Artarmon.

My son really likes this place, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I always bring him here to have fun with his friends.
So happy for monster skatepark to be back up and running. Both monster skatepark and warehouse 11 are my favorite places to progress my skateboarding skills and hang out with a great bunch of people. They always make me feel welcome.

Not like it use to be,,,only outdoor ramps( so like 2-3 ramps)so the kids were limited and were disappointed, it was $50 for 2 kids with helmet hire so it was a little expensive

After purchasing a $130 POC helmet online for my son's birthday over a month ago we have been given the run around ever since and still have no helmet.
No one knows what's going on when we have called (about 6 times so far) phone calls and emails aren't returned. Very disappointed, waiting on a ref...

I found the street section of the park to not really be designed with skateboarders in mind, the wood used for the surfaces is also quite slippy, even more so with new wheels. Once the biker gangs turn up you'll find it hard going to get a run, on the plus side everyone there is quite friendly.
It was so good to see in real life after seeing it in videos for so long!
