Its great to have a firm you can trust to work with in Kansas. Our Firm has worked with Dan and Trevor and achieved great results for a mutual client. Dan is one of the best attorneys I know. I met him about 10 years ago after he won a highly publicized sex assault case when he spoke at a Criminal Defense Lawyers conference. Since that time I have seen him destroy prosecutors' cases. I cannot say enough good things about Dan Monnat and his team.
I would highly recommend this firm. Sal Intagliata is an excellent attorney, very detail-oriented and thorough. They aren't cheap, but rarely good legal representation is, in any area of law.
Dan monnat saved my life from an unjust legal system. A person gets what they pay for, and dan gives 100% . This guy is great, grace too.

Highly recommend Monat & Spurrier , my husband and I hired Mathew and he was great, he handled our case very well and kept us informed on everything, we had several consultation's with different attorneys and we've never felt more comfortable and cared for like we did with Mr Gorney. Receptionist was VERY nice, as well as Mr. Gorney legal assistant. Definitely not an attorney that only wants your money but that truly cares for the out come of your case and to make you happy. again i HIGHLY recommend this office , thank you again Matthew Gorney .
