Kick. Ass. Brewery.

So I'd never heard of Mobcraft, as they are very new and pretty local to Milwaukee and we are out of La Crosse. But I have to say of all the Wisconsin brewery tours I've been through, this one was awesome! First off, our tour was by Andrew, one of the co-founders and owners of the company and he was super down to earth and a fantastic tour guide. The tour was very informative, and the background of the company is very interesting and it is crowd sources for not only funding but also their beers that they brew. Also they have delicious effing beer. The only downside is that they did not have set flight prices, you pay per taster. Our flight of 4 was 17.25, the max would be about 22. But I can totally understand why because these beers are high quality and short loved which cannot be cheap to make. 10/10 would visit again.

Awesome brewery! We went on the brewery tour which took you through the whole brewing process. The brewery tour guide was fantastic and we learned so much about their beer and beer history in Milwaukee. We then went and had several beer at the bar and enjoyed the great atmosphere there. Lots of great employees there and I would recommend it to everyone to check it out when in Milwaukee!

Man, always a great stop. The beer variety offering has always been amazing. All beers are not going to be 5 out of 5 ratings, but it's a crowdsourced brewed atmosphere. Couldnt give them anymore praise for this approach, Cheers to Mobcraft.

Their bottle labeling has amazing art, and makes for great homebrew bottles.

Visit here when you can make it. Winter or summer, you wont be disappointed.

We visited to taste beers--did four each, had fun, but our bartender mostly ignored us. It was tough getting even basic info on the beers in our flights because the menu descriptions were minimal and when we could get a bartender's attention for brief moments, the answers to my further questions had to be looked up in a book, which had to be fetched from a back room. We sat right at the bar because most tables in the room lacked chairs around.

Small little brewery that uses the peoples suggestions to craft their beer. They have a fantastic variety of beers to choose and service was quick and polite. The inside was a bit crowded but we enjoyed that they turned on christmas music when it started snowing outside...at the end of April. Fun place, games and plenty of seating.

We recently utilized services from Elise at MobCraft Brewery for a nighttime birthday event this month. Elise was very helpful in guiding me through setting up a mini version of their standard tour. Communication was on point during the process and there were no issues or hassles. Our guests enjoyed their visit at MobCraft and I would recommend the tour to anyone who enjoys beer and wants to learn more about the process.

Usually a wide variety of beers unless you come in around a themed beer weekend and then most taps will be that style.

Spacious and lots of games to play while you're there. The tour is also very fun.

Staff can be hit or miss, I dealt with 2 friendly and 2 crabby bartenders today.

One of the best things to happen to the Milwaukee beer scene. Great space that opens up in summer. Excellent and unique beer, great staff, good prices. It's very approachable. They aren't putting on an image or chasing the latest trend. They simply make great beer and have a sense of humor. Do yourself a favor and get over there.

I visit mobcraft regularly because of the continually changing selections of beverages.
Tonight I tried one of their "phunky" sours... Very nicely done.
We were offered a taste of the yet-to-be released peanut butter Porter... Also nicely done.
A great place for adventurous beer lovers.
Prost!

It keeps getting better here... More tap lines of delicious beers, plus some kombucha (and rumor of ciders and wines on the way) ... And now in-house pizzas! And they're sooo good... Games and other activities to keep you entertained, or big screens to watch the game (or maybe The Bachelor).

The staff is great, too.

And you can get your own branded Mobcraft beer! Perfect for a special event or corporate something-or-other!

If you need a break from traditional, boring, hop-heavy flavor profiles then Mobcraft is your place. Boasts rich darks, crisp pales, and strong sours. Exceptional service and attention was received from all staff. Tried everything on the menu. Keep up the great work!

Beers ok non traditional. Had an Octoberfest which was decent but didn't taste like a.traditional Octoberfest. None of the beers I had 2.the Mrs. Had 2 had much lacing. Foamy and then fizzle.out.
Overall about a C plus.. I found the bartender to be insulting since weren't Packer fans.

I have been a member for a while now while living further away and participated in the voting for member (mob) driven craft beer ideas. Now that we live a lot closer, we can now pick up our orders and really enjoy this great hangout. Also, they have some really good standards that we enjoy. Tuesday specials on growler fills are worth a stop and their pizzas are really good as well. This place is close to the Harley Museum, so if you are there, you should stop by before and/or after. Plenty of parking is available as well.

Have to give my honest $.02 worth. Came in Sunday afternoon during an all day snow storm. Bar was pretty busy yet I found an open seat. At first it felt like I was being rushed out, yet it calmed down a little after 20 minutes. I was there a little over an hour total and the 2 seats next to me were occupied by 3 different couples. I had showered that morning, and was more quiet and polite than normal, so I'm almost certain it wasn't me.
I was by myself and not about to spend money on a pizza where I'd throw half away, so I looked here at Maps for other spots. I was shocked to discover one place was closed on Sunday, and the other was about to close.
So in retrospect the service was good overall, yet the beers I had could have been a little less pricey. I'm glad there is a place that has normal hours, in a neighborhood that seems to brag & boast a little bit more than it should. I plan to visit again when I'm back in town.

About MobCraft Beer LLC

This is us and they love beer! MobCraft was dreamt up in mid 2012 while in a business incubator in Whitewater Wisconsin. Henry, Giotto and Andrew’s twin brother went to college together and started home brewing in their free time between business classes. Meanwhile not far away Andrew was becoming a budding micro biologist at UW-Madison. The three founders decided to start MobCraft and tested out the concept homebrewing batches of beer that friends and family suggested 5 gallons at a time. People thought the idea was pretty fun, so with all the money they had, the three bought a 7bbl fermentation tank, and began brewing at House of Brews in Madison, WI.
